Computer cannot connect to other computers on network

We have three identical workstations (Windows 11), all set to private network, network sharing enabled, credential manager set up with correct passwords, folder shared with everyone, etc. Everything worked fine, meaning all computers could see and connect to each other. Then today, without any updates or changes being made whatsoever, two of the computers can no longer be connected to. We can still see them under the network, but we cannot connect to them.
