Computer bluescreening frequently, Don't know who to give my mini dump files to

I've had constant blue screening problems that seem to only get worse and worse, I have my mini dump files, my Msinfo32, and my a screenshot of my pc specs all in a onedrive folder and ready after following these instructions below but can't for the life of me figure out where I'm supposed to send these off to.
