Computer became really slow recently due to high CPU usage of Services and Controller app

Service and Controller app constantly occupy ~40% of CPU causing my computer to slow down.I am using a windows 10 education version 1903By searching the internet I pressed Win + R and typed Eventvwr.msc, under error I found the "Service Control Manager" has a lot of errors all showing "The Realtek DHCP Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s)." I wonder if this is why my computer is slow but I don't know what caused this and how do I fix thisThanks!
