Computer asking for Bitlock Recovery ID. Can’t find it anywhere, pls help

I updated my Windows Tablet today and it’s asking for a recovery key for BitLocker. I have no idea what that is. I looked on other forums on where to find it on my account and when I found it on my account it says that there isn’t one?? I’m not sure what to do. It won’t let me use my tablet at all. It also won’t let me type in any characters at all, just numbers so I don’t know if that’s normal or not either. I’m really lost. If anyone can help that would really be appreciated
