Computer appears configured correctly but not getting a response from Microsoft?

For almost a week now I've been regularly losing internet. When troubleshooting it says something to the effect of "Computer appears correctly configured but is not receiving a response from (www.Microsoft.com)".I saw a post from someone with a similar issue, though for theirs the paranthisis was around "DNS Server" instead of "Microsoft." The solution given there was to open Command Prompt as Administrator and follow several steps. I don't remember all the steps but things like "ipconfig /resetipconfig /flushdns"There were more than just those two, hoping the more tech savvy here know the pro
