Compatibility question AMD Ryzen 5 4600h with Windows 11 version 24H2

Hi!I cannot find which instruction set architecture this processor has, which version of x86-64 it is. Is it safe to upgrade to Windows 11 to version 24H2? Is Windows still gonna be bootable?
