compatibility between laptop Asus and windows 11 Pro

Hello, I recently bought a laptop ASUS X515 A516KA, 8GB, 256GB SSDIntel(R) , Celeron(R) N4020 CPU @ 1.10GHz 1.10 GHz, 8.00 GB (7.83 GB usable) which has Windows 10 active. Since I need word, I want to I am buying a new Windows license and office license Windows 11 PRO with USB stick and Office 2021 Pro Plus Medialess, All Lang, FPP. My question is, will it be compatible together? Won't it slow down the laptop? won't it crash? Is it advisable to buy windows 11 pro for this laptop? If not, what upgrade is possible to do to the laptop? I really appreciate any help you can provide.Kind regards
