Command prompt sometimes opens on its own and shows a bunch of coding-type stuff seen in the screenshot I took below. What is that? A virus?

Command prompt opens up on its own, and after a while, stuff like this is written on the command prompt. Please help because it didn't do this until now. Before, it used to open command prompt, but there would be nothing written on it, and last week, "okiinasfierco.xyz" would be written on it on repeat on its own. Today, this happened.
