Combinations of SHIFT key + some keys are not working.

I have a problem where my combinations of shift + some keys are not working. I want to know whether this is a system (software) or a hardware problem. As you can see, I have to use CAPSLOCK key to type the capital letters. It seems like my SHIFT+(a to ; (except G and H) and t,y,[,],\ keys) does not work. I cannot type using (shift+s). Other combinations work just fine. Both SHIFT keys are not working. Here I try all SHIFT+keys and these are the results,~!#$%^&*()_+ works just fineQWERUIOP the T Y and three symbols keys does not workGH" only these three keys
