Code not being sent to personal account contact email to log in on laptop running microsoft 365 apps for business.

I forgot the exact text of the "~@onmicrosoft" account name I used to purchase Microsoft 365 Apps for Business through my 1-man company, so I can't log in to that account to adjust any settings. That info was visible on the icon of the apps running on the machine I can't logon to, but I didn't write it down and there was no email sent to my contact email address with the account name.
