Code 31 on Intel® Wireless Bluetooth For Network Card with Bluetooth

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful. This was the error I kept sustaining. I tried many things like uninstalling it reinstalling it going to the Intel driver page and trying to make it correct.
