Code 31 on Intel® Wireless Bluetooth For Network Card with Bluetooth

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful. This was the error I kept sustaining. I tried many things like uninstalling it reinstalling it going to the Intel driver page and trying to make it correct. What do you guys suppose I do?Intel driver page > Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® Drivers for Windows® 10 and Windows 11* Driver & Support Assistant > https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en
