CMd using too much ram

SO basically, whenever i starts my pc i see that fans are running so fast and when i checked my task bar it showed windows command processor (CMD) occupying 4 gb of ram from my pc even i tried to end task it automatically opens in background again occupying 4 gb of ram and this happens again and again
