CMD.exe File Unsigned

I occasionally run sysinternals and autoruns for safety. Today I noticed that cmd.exe was flagged by the virustotal function on both programs. Checked the link and noticed that it was only 1 small anti virus vendor that flagged it. Most likely a false positive. What concerns me is that the file is unsigned according to the details tab. This is is the first time I've seen this and I was wondering if this is normal?
