Cluster operating system rolling upgrade 2016 - 2022

Is it possible to upgrade my Microsoft cluster environment from Windows 2016 to Windows Server 2022? My client has an environment with 03 vms windows server 2016 datacenter with always on MS cluster and hosted on the same host, on Vmware. He wants to include a Windows 2022 VM and elevate the cluster (if possible), what efforts are necessary?
