clsid 88866959-07b0-4ED8-8EF5-54BC7443D28C ask to make changes to my device???

I recently turned on my PC to discover that my Local Security Authority Protection turned off and it demanding to give permission to clsid 88866959-07b0-4ED8-8EF5-54BC7443D28C to make changes to my device. It states that the publisher is from Microsoft but I still don't trust it. Can someone please explain what it is and if I should provide it permission on to my device.
