Cloud PC (Windows 365) access

Hi,I have cloud PC contains some engineering applications, these applications can connect to hardware (Automation controllers) over IP network to share some data, i have one controller in remote site with internet access, how can i make the controller and the cloud PC communicate like they are on the same network?Thanks
