Here is what I wrote in a previous post:

Hello all
I'm going to try and give as much detail as possible so please bare with me.
I recently got a new SSD, with the intention of making it my new boot drive. Using Macrium Reflect, I cloned my old SSD to my new one and changed the boot drive in the BIOS. On first boot, all seemed well. I changed the letters of my drives. My old C: drive (original SSD) became S: and my new SSD (which was cloned to) went from N: to C:. I did this in windows, and later down the line I changed them in regedit also. Now, when I turn on my PC I get a black screen after the BIOS which gives me the option of booting from two different "Windows 7".
When I boot on my new drive, it says that this copy of windows isn't genuine and it's a blank blue screen apart from that message. Following advice from another person, I used control alt + delete to start task manager. From here I ran explorer.exe. I tried to open the control panel but that gave the following error: No such interface supported
I tried using CMD from the start menu but I am unable to run it as administrator. When I try to run it as administrator, I get the following error:
“N:/window.... The specified path does not exist Check the path and try again.”
As I mentioned earlier, N: no longer exists.
Upon further advice I tried running "sysdm.cpl" but I got the same error as above
Thanks, any help would be super appreciated!
-------------------------------------
I've since been trying to follow this advice. I tried using Macrium reflect to repeat the cloning process on to the new drive however I get the error: "The following drive is in use and the restore cannot continue" along with some options to do an automatic boot in to "Windows PE" which I tried, but I have no idea what I'm doing. I've been searching all around to try and find out why it won't let me clone to this drive and found nothing. When I try to "Format" the new drive, the "Format" option is greyed out.
I've been struggling with this for quite a while now and what I thought was going to be simple is becoming quite stressful. Any help is more than appreciated and I'll do my best to reply hastily!
Thank you!
