CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT when running Feedback Hub Steps recorder

I have a strange issue with my P16s AMD. I am trying to report some issues but I can't because when I run the steps recorder in feedback hub, I get a blue screen that says CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. This blue screen also occurs randomly as well when trying to startup the computer. Anybody have any ideas why this is happening? I have a minidump linked below. 022223-15734-01.dmp - Shared with pCloud
