Clock_watchdog_timeout error need help please

I'm trying to figure this out for a friend he keeps getting the Clock_watchdog_timeout error we've tried unplugging the mouse and keyboard, repasting the cpu, and removing startup apps. I don't know what else to try, here is the dump file, Microsoft OneDrive help is greatly appreciated!
