CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT Bluescreen

Starting a couple weeks ago I have started having an issue when trying to play Fortnite. The issue on Fortnite stars when booting into the game I'll get the error CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT and bluescreen. I've tried updating drivers, and a fresh install of windows. I haven't ran into issues running anything else.
