CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT (101) on startup of current-gen video games

I've been having this issue of getting a clock_watchdog_timeout BSOD when opening up modern video games (graphically intense ones) (Ghost of Tsushima, Horizon Zero Dawn, God of War, ect). I have updated all my drivers, including my CPU drivers, graphics drivers, and BIOS.
