Clock "keep on top" feature is now massive. How do I fix this?

I use Microsoft's clock app in "keep on top" mode a lot. It used to be a discrete little square that I could tuck into a corner. After what I presume is an update, its now a massive rectangle, 6 times the size it used to be. There's no new features, it's just huge. Even if I try to tuck the lower half out of sight off-screen, it's still about 4 times larger than it used to be and it gets in the way. How do I fix this please?
