Clipchamp UI shows freezing animation; app functionality is fine – How to resolve this?

I am experiencing a visual glitch with Microsoft Clipchamp. The app itself works perfectly fine in terms of functionality, but the user interface shows a “freezing” animation whenever I open it. This freezing effect appears over the menu, buttons, and overall interface, making it visually unpleasant to use. This freezing effect is not experienced while using any other apps or windows setting. Can someone help me identify what could be causing this UI glitch and how to fix it?
