Clipchamp - Preview Not Responding

Hey there, I've been using Clipchamp to make basic edits and adjustments to my videos. Still, recently - a few months ago - the preview of Clipchamp had always said "Preview not responding. Try restarting the software...", making it virtually impossible to download edited videos on the app. Does anyone know a fix for this?
