Clipchamp is having problems

Hi, I've been having issues with clipchamp software for over a week. I'm not able to edit or finish editing. I've tried to repair and reset the app nothing hasn't changed. It runs very slow, lag, and crashes a lot lately. I didn't have these issues when I first used it. I canceled my recurring payment for next year's the premium editing. Please help. Thank you. Dee k.
