This error opens every time I try to open an image. It doesn't matter where I got it, what type of image it is, or the storage location. This has been happening for the last day. The Cortana thing from a few years ago was of no help. The files are completely functional other than being unableto be opened. I really need an answer, as I have thousandsof irreplaceable images and original artwork files of mine that I cannot access because of this error.
