Click & drag, right click not working with touchpad

As the title states, touchpad suddenly became unable to click & drag and right click on my laptop (Surface laptop 2). Left click, moving cursor, scrolling are working fine. Can still use two finger tap to right click via touch pad. Connected bluetooth mouse is able to do everything fine. Touchpad itself doesn't seem stuck (can hear click sound when pressing right). Tried: - Surface diagnostic toolkit - Updating Windows - Uninstalling driver (HID-compliant touchpad) & restarting
