Clean up of C Drive : enough to get rid of Outlook (new) emails, and other contents?

Hello to all,I recently got a laptop I need to return, after it started malfunctioning earlier this week. It operates under the 'new' Snapdraggon processor. Would constantaly shut off, become very warm, taking ages to boot or to shut off.I tried to reset it, like I have done in the past, under System, and reinitialise it, but to no avail, I got a message it couldn't be completed. I then got rid of files and emptied the bin, but of course, that's not enough. Even if I was off line, the Outlook (new) app would open, and I would see all my emails. Because of this malfunctioning, it was impossible
