Clean install on laptop

[Windows Server]

If I’m trying to do a clean install of windows on my laptop (for performance purposes), do I need a new windows key? The reason I’m doing this is to try to remove the factory bloatware and anything else that’s causing performance issues. (Dell g15 5510)
