Clean install of Windows 11 on my Windows 10: activation key?

Hello,I have a Dell Inspirion 5680 with a 'Windows 10 Pro' that was pre-installed. My PC can upgrade to Windows 11, but I want to do a CLEAN reinstall (via mediacreationtool and usb-drive). Will my clean Windows 11 (Pro) activate correctly, as I will not do the update from Windows 10 to Windows 11 via the update process?My dell has no sticker with a activation key, this is apparently automatic. But will windows activation know that I have a right to upgrade to Windows 11 via clean install?Note that I have allready upgraded once a few years ago, but did a rollback as I had problems.
