Child's account won't send email for more time.

My son's account worked great until about a week ago. I usually recieved the request within seconds, now I dont get them all. I have tried re-booting and have been on the parent site and turned off time limits. Nothing works as previously mentioned in every other forum Ive read about this issue. Bummer.
My boy is getting anxious!
