Check if I can transfer my Windows 10 Home license to a new computer

I was planning on buying a new computer this year and I was trying to check if I could transfer my current windows license. I bought it with the computer, so I was expecting a OEM license which would not be transferable. But running the "slmgr /dli" command on the cmd, I obtained the following message:




So, can i trust that this is really a retail license? If it is, will I be able to install Windows 10 in my new computer without the old key?
