How do you remap your keyboard on windows 10?

I have windows 10, and I need to remap my keyboard so the functions "tab", "t" and "y" is done by other buttons because the original buttons do not work. I'm not interested in downloading windows 11 even though I am aware that this can be achieved through the Keyboard Manager for this version.
