Charging Issues After Windows 11 Update (KB5041587)

I've recently installed the 2024-08 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 (KB5041587) on my laptop. Since then, I've been experiencing intermittent charging issues. The charger seems to get shut off automatically after approximately 5 minutes, and I have to restart the power switch to resume charging. This doesn't appear to be a hardware problem as the same doesn't occur when I'm using Ubuntu 22.04 LTS on the same system (via dual booting).I've already tried the following steps without success:Updated battery driversUpdated BIOS and GPU driversUpdated the operating systemRan th
