Changing Refresh Rates Windows 10

Discovery regarding refresh rates. I couldn't find an answer to my issue with the refresh rate only displaying lowest 59 Hertz It seemed all of the directions I came across missed one last step: To begin, Click on: Settings, System, Display, Advanced display settings, Display adapter properties for "Display #"; THEN: List All Modes --- oh! There it is -- my 75 Hertz it took me so much time to find. Click "List All Modes" - scroll to find your best display for ## Hertz. Then, I "think" you may be able to save different displays also, by adding under the color management--but I didn't test th
