Changing my pin and the Microsoft account my PC is under

Ok, so basically Microsoft family features is asking me to sign in but I forgot my pin. So when I tried to reset my pin, it says that my microsoft account doesn't exist. And this is the account that my pc is under so i dont know what to do. Please help. I already tried making a new account or logging into an existing microsoft account but nothing worked.
