Changing from Bluetooth to Wifi Connection

My wifi was out and my computer now defaults to connecting to Bluetooth over wifi. I had manually turned my wifi off before this change occurred, but cannot figure out how to access my wifi settings again to fix this. This is what my screen works, please help me change this so that the default is wifi, I rarely use Bluetooth.
