Changing Admin in Win 11 OS

Hello,I currently have an Admin setup which is the connected microsoft account in WIN 11 OS as seen in the first screen shot.I would like to delete this email account (d..........@hotmail.co.uk) and replace with another microsoft email account (n.........@outlook.com) as the first account has been disabled by microsoft due to hacking). I added the n......@outlook.com account but d.........@hotmail.co.uk is still the admin account on my PC in WIN11 OS.I can see no way of deleting d..........@hotmail.co.uk and replacing with n.......@outlook.com. Please help, thanks.
