Changes not being saved in BIOS, how do I fix?

So, I'm having problems saving this option called "Intel Platform Trust Technology (PTT)" . When I enable it and Save & Exit, it just crashes my PC. Meaning it just fully turns off my PC. I got this Gaming PC a few days ago and it is capable of running 200+ FPS in most games, including modern titles, so I KNOW for a FACT that its capable of enabling this feature. I'm trying to enable this to upgrade my Windows 11 version, its currently 21H2 and I heard that is outdated. And also because I'm having bugs with the "Check For Updates" in the Windows Settings.
