Changes in contact fields names with Outlook “Developer” Tool are not displayed in OWA

Created a new template, using Outlook “Developer” Tool. Changed some fileds names. Some fileds names for example "Job Title:" and "Company:". Some fields names couldn't be changed: "Business", "Home", "Mobile". Why?
Created a new contact in Outlook, when using this form. The customized fields are displayed correctly in Outlook, but they are not displayed correctly in OWA?
Why these updates are not synchronized with OWA?
