Changed something in bios now it crashes on a green screen and says your windows insider build ran into a problem and inaccessible boot drive

I was just tweaking somethings in bios and when I restarted my computer I was hit with a crash screen but it was green and said you windows insider build ran into a problem. It was accompanied by something that say’s inaccessible boot drive and I’ve spent the last two hours trying to fix it but nothing has worked. When I do a sfc scan it says that the corrupted files were repaired but when I turn my pc off and on it is still going to that green screen. I can’t even do a clean install of windows because both my ssds won’t come up. Please helpThanks
