Change system language on My Windows 11 Pro

On My Windows 11 Pro the windows display language is English and all my apps are displayed in English, however when the system updates are running it is running in another Dutch, even the greetings and shutdown are displayed in Dutch, I would like to change to English, is this possible. The other threads are asking me to run a command on the cmd (DISM /Online /Set-DefaultUILanguage:en-US ) for which i get the belwo errorC:\Windows\System32>DISM /Online /Set-DefaultUILanguage:en-US Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool Version: 10.0.22621.2792 Image Version: 10.0.22631.4602 Erro
