Change read aloud voice

I write in UK English, but my read aloud voice has always been David (US) - it is even my preference in the speech settings.Today, I opened my document to do some editing and the David voice is gone. I have George and two women. The George voice is terrible (hence I was using David before).Because I write in UK English, I will not change my written/proofing settings because that would ruin the whole document, but I want to add in the US voices.
