Change Outlook Calendar "timescale" from 30 mins to 15mins, many windows 10 workstations.

Hi. Is there anyway to change the default Outlook Calendar appointments/timescale from 30 mins to 15mins?

I know how to do it for one windows 10 outlook 2016 instance (calendar, view, timescale).

Is this possible though Group Policy or a registry change?
