Change highlight on outlook 365

I would like to know how to change the color of a row when it is selected. The default setting seems to be a light blue for me, but I want to change it to a different color because it's too light for me to see properly. Also, mouse hovering highlights items in my mailbox. I would like to know if it can be changed.
