Change display settings to original state

[Windows 11]

I wanted to change my refresh fate on my monitor, so I changed it but when I changed it, it zoomed in drastically. So, I changed it back to the original refresh rate but now it will not go back to the full monitor usage (Fullscreen). I have tried to reset my computer, but it did not change anything.
