Change "computer/name" owner

[Microsoft Windows]

I installed windows 11. After giving a computer name and a fresh install with nothing requested from profiles. A root "computer/name" was assigned as owner without me entering "name". I did sign in with my email account which is on multiple computers I own. How do I change this "name" portion. Seems to be tied to my one drive account which based on registry entries. Nothing on google seems to work even after a reinstall from the cloud. I'm happy to delete my one drive account and reinstall.
