Challenge phrase keeps popping up- how to disable?

So my mom has the Parental Controls settings up on my computer. I keep entering the wrong PIN on my login screen (I know what it is) and it gives me the Challenge Phrase challenge- standard protocol. So I enter the phrase, it gives me the PIN entry again, I login, lock, and start over.Except...When I reboot my computer and attempt to sign in with my PIN it gives me the Challenge Phrase challenge- and I haven't even entered a PIN yet!!I don't have admin privileges either and my mom is super busy- I'd like a solution (if possible) that does NOT require my mom to come put her PIN in.Thanks so muc
