Certain apps are too small in windows 11

Hello,Several applications I use are tiny and unreadable in Windows 11 on my new laptop (see an example screenshot below). I tried adjust the scaling, display resolution, make text bigger, none of them helped. It's strange because these apps looked okay in Windows 11 on my previous laptop.
