Catche.jar file is corrupt

[Windows 11]

Hi, recently Update my Windows to 24H2 and after reboot this massage keep pop up on my screen, i try every possible solution i could, but nothing changes, even i try to reinstall java app but its not work as fan of windows this make me upset . would you please give a solution for it? I also check directory that refer in picture and saw a catch.jar file that is have 0 KB volume.
